.. to go get ibuprofen when the headache first appears rather than wait to see if it will just go away on it's own. Because by the time it's stabbing me in the back of the eye and sounds and smells make me want to retch, waiting for the ibuprofen to kick in is torturous and I'm just not that into pain.
